Thanks to BIO and IGP certifications, we guarantee a traceable, authentic and high-quality product, respecting nature and local traditions.
Organic
Our oil mill is certified for organic production according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848, with control and attestation issued by the certification body Bioagricert (IT-BIO-007).
Thanks to this certification, we are authorized to offer an organic third-party milling service, dedicated to olive growers who grow according to the principles of organic farming and wish to transform their crop into BIO-certified extra virgin oil, ensuring traceability, compliance, and quality at every stage of the process.
IGP
Our mill is authorized for the milling of IGP Sicilia olives, subject to compliance checks by the Regional Institute of Wine and Oil (IRVO), a control body designated by the competent Ministry.

Blend
Our oil is the result of a meticulous and rigorous production process, in which every step is designed to ensure the highest quality. The olives are harvested when they are still unripe and softened within a few ore, using temperature-controlled extraction and thoroughly cleaned equipment. After filtration, the oil is stored under nitrogen and at a controlled temperature, to preserve its freshness, quality, and flavor profile. It is on this foundation that our blend takes shape: a harmonious combination of carefully selected cultivars, crafted to highlight the distinctive characteristics of each variety. In our mill, blending is an art that combines intuition, experience, and sensitivity, capable of uniting different aromas and personalities in a refined balance, resulting in an oil that is not the product of chance, but an authentic expression of the land.
