How are orders stored before delivery?
The oil is stored in stainless steel silos in a temperature-controlled environment between 13°C and 18°C, with nitrogen to preserve its freshness and quality until bottling.
Can I pick up the oil directly at the mill?
Yes, you can pick up the oil in person at our mill, by prior arrangement, ensuring safety and compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Do you accept international orders?

Can you rely on the oil mill for small batches, or only for large quantities?
The minimum quantity for milling is 200 kg. However, we offer flexible services for olive growers of all sizes, ensuring the same commitment to quality and traceability regardless of the quantity of olives processed.

Yes, we are authorized to press Sicilian PGI olives, with compliance checks conducted by IRVO, ensuring a high-quality, authentic, and traceable oil.
